Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ambation Technology (“minirack”) we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Returns

You may request a return within 3 days (damaged/wrong items only) of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or other reasons; this will be indicated on the product page.

Refunds Policy

1. No Cancellation, Refund or Exchange

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, no cancellation, return, refund, or exchange will be accepted due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or any other reason.

Please carefully check the products, quantities, colours, sizes, and other order details before placing your order.

2. Damaged & Wrong Products

A refund will only be considered if a product is damaged or defective when received.

To request a refund for a damaged product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the damaged product.

  • An unboxing video is strongly recommended to help us verify the issue.

  • Our team will review the claim and determine whether it qualifies for a refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed for the affected product(s).

3. No Refund for Other Reasons

Products that are not damaged but are unwanted, incorrectly ordered, no longer required, or purchased by mistake will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

4. Agreement to Policy

By placing an order with minirack, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Exchange Policy.

Refund Policy – Undelivered Shipments

We ensure that every order is carefully packed and shipped with the correct products and delivery details provided by the customer. If a shipment remains undelivered after 2–3 delivery attempts and the customer does not contact us or respond to the courier, the shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases, no cash/card refund will be issued. Any amount already paid for the order will be credited to the customer’s minirack account as Store Credit, which can be used for a future order.
